2. Digital products
Our digital products (for example, The New Mom Starter Kit and individual guides) are PDF files delivered by instant download and email after payment. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the product page and include applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
3. License — what you may and may not do
Buying a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read it and print it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or publish the files — free or paid — in whole or in part. We may disable download links associated with abuse.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI credentials. Your order is confirmed only after Razorpay confirms a successful payment to our systems.
5. Delivery
Download links appear immediately after successful payment and are also emailed to the address you provide. Links are time-limited for security — if yours expires, contact us and we will reissue it. If you do not receive your email within an hour, check spam and then contact [email protected] with your order details.
6. Refunds
All digital product sales are final — please see our Refund Policy. Try the free Starter Pack before buying so you know exactly what to expect.
7. Consultancy services
Consultancy projects (for example, WhatsApp automation, chatbots, websites, CRM setup) are scoped and priced in a separate written proposal. No project begins until both sides agree to it in writing.
