1. Who we are
LoomWright (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI consultancy and seller of digital products, operated by [Your legal business name], [business address, India]. Contact us at [email protected] for anything privacy-related.
2. What we collect
Free Starter Pack. When you request our free demo book, we collect your email address (required), and your name and mobile number only if you choose to share them.
Purchases. When you buy a digital product, we collect your name, email address and phone number so we can deliver your files and support your order. Payment details (card, UPI, netbanking credentials) are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout — they go directly to Razorpay and we never see or store them.
Contact form. When you enquire about consultancy, we collect your name, email address, business/role and message.
Automatic data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
- Deliver the free Starter Pack and purchased digital products to your email.
- Process orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
- Respond to consultancy enquiries.
- Send practical tips emails — only if you ticked the opt-in box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with:
- Razorpay — to process payments securely (see Razorpay’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data).
- Resend (or our email provider) — to send order confirmations, download links and opted-in tips.
- Cloudflare — to host the website securely.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed for security and basic site function (for example, remembering that you closed a popup during your visit). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law. Free-pack signups are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you tips emails. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
Download links for paid products are private, unguessable and time-limited. We use HTTPS throughout and keep credentials out of website code — but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Our products and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children.
